INCELL International is a fast-growing technology company that develops, manufactures and sells smart and sustainable lithium batteries for the telecom industry. We are now looking for a Global Failure Analysis & Repair Engineer based at our head office in Kista who wants to be part of our journey towards becoming the market leader in lithium batteries for the global telecom market. About the position

To succeed at Incell, a multicultural company with high growth targets, you need to thrive in a fast-moving environment. In this role you will be responsible for develop and support our FMA&R processes. You will work closely with our product development team and the designers to constantly improve our products. 


  • Develop and maintain failure analysis and repair procedures documentation
  • Consult with Product Development, New Production Introduction & QA functions for continuous improvement objectives
  • Analysis and Repair activities management system control
  • Feedback process responsible towards Product Development for all FMA&R statistics and knowledge developed
  • Training package development and delivery
  • Statistical/root cause analysis of failure modes

Qualifications and experience:

  • A university degree in engineering or similar experience
  • Solid track record of failure analysis, diagnose, debug and repair production of multi-discipline electronics equipment
  • PBA and electrical systems failure analysis expertise required
  • Solid work experience of failure analysis and repair production leadership experience
  • Working knowledge of statistical methods and process capability, ability to apply statistical tools – Cpk, GR&R, tests for differences, DOE
  • Quality improvement methods (pareto, root cause analysis, FMEA, 8D/DMAIC)
  • Written and verbal fluency in English required

To be successful in this role you also have a structured and organized way and good cooperation skills. Since you will be working with different functions and teams around the world it is important that you are fluent in English and have great communications skills.

This position may require frequent international travel and you will report to our CTO.
