INCELL International is a fast-growing technology company that develops, manufactures and sells smart and sustainable lithium batteries for the telecom industry. We are now looking for a Sales Support Specialist based at our head office in Kista who wants to be part of our journey towards becoming the market leader in lithium batteries for the global telecom market. About the position

To succeed at Incell, a multicultural company with high growth targets, you need to thrive in a fast-moving environment. This role at Incell works closely with many colleagues within the Incell group and will be responsible for Sales support and sales tools towards the global sales organization.

As Sales support specialist at Incell you coordinate sales support in customer tenders and support Sales organization with sales tools, technical documentation and other required documentation toward customers.

In this role you will prepare in advance and participate in sales review meetings. You will also maintain a self-development program and constantly strive toward continuing professional growth.


  • Responsible to support Sales organization
  • Support sales in preparation of quotations and tenders to customers.
  • Plan, organize and coordinate sales support activities to meet set objectives.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum education level of bachelor’s degree or equivalent level.
  • Experience in sales support position.
  • Experience with battery and power supply solutions is beneficiary.
  • Experience with technical products sales support would be advantageous
  • Great communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Ability to work in a global team of professionals.
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment.
  • Solid verbal and written English language skills

As a person you enjoy a fast-moving corporate environment and you are analytical, critical thinking and a problem solver. You have the ability to work in a structured and organized way and have good cooperation and communication skills both in Swedish and English.


We welcome applications from people with experience in engineering and/or sales but this position would also suit a recent graduate in business or engineering who wants to get in on the “ground floor” of a fast paced, fast growing startup company. An interest in sales and customer service along with a technical mind and a curiosity in learning about new things would do well in the position. The potential to grow into either a purely technical/engineering role or a pure sales role exists.
