We are now looking for a Senior Product Quality Manager based at our head office in Kista who wants to be part of our journey towards becoming the market leader in lithium batteries for the global telecom market. About the position
To succeed at Incell, a multicultural company with high growth targets, you need to thrive in a fast-moving environment. This new role at Incell works closely with many colleagues within the Incell group and will own and manage product quality. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and leadership skills are essential to succeed in this fast-paced role. We expect the right candidate to drive the development of the product quality processes.

You will be involved from the start of the product development, via project, new product introduction and you will initiate the start of the quality work in volume production. You will also be monitoring and continuously lead the product quality until the end of the product life cycle. Initially, the role will have emphasis on new product introduction. In this role you will also be responsible for setting the quality targets product-wise. You are the interface between design and manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the link between the Incell Product Development Management and Manufacturing Process to ensure that Incell products are manufactured in accordance with specifications and meet Incell and/or customer standards.
  • Together with the local teams use production and manufacturing repair data to monitor, control and improve product quality.
  • Help develop and execute product quality plans and systems, bring up activities for new products at the manufacturing sites.
  • Perform audits at the manufacturing sites to ensure compliance to Incell and/or customer specification, quality standards and SOPs.
  • Aggregate and interpret data from multiple sources to drive decisions.
  • Identification and prioritization of issues and improvement activities.

Qualifications and experience:

  • A university degree in engineering
  • Solid technical experience (quality and/or engineering) supporting volume electronics
  • Solid experience in product quality management and systems/or operations
  • Solid understanding of electronic assembly processes and testing methodologies
  • Working knowledge of statistics, and in-depth knowledge of quality methodologies, statistical process control, sampling strategies, FMEA, FAI, SPVR.
  • Knowledge in data analysis and interpretation. Proficiency in excel.
  • Written and verbal fluency in English required.

This position may require frequent international travel. You will report to the Group Quality Manager.
